1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kinsei ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kinsei is a logic puzzle game application for iOS devices that may offer:

Free gameplay (may include advertising)
Optional premium purchases or subscriptions (ad-free and/or content unlocks)
Daily puzzles and/or downloadable puzzle packs
Progress tracking and statistics

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Kinsei may offer in-app purchases such as Premium unlocks, subscriptions, or puzzle packs.

3.1 Payment Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions (if used) automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

3.2 Restoration

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore eligible purchases using “Restore Purchases” in the app.

Refunds: All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple according to their refund policies.

4. Premium Features

Premium purchases may include:

Ad-free experience
Access to additional puzzle packs or difficulty tiers
Future premium features as they are added

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use automated means to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Seppi Design and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEPPI DESIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, and to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Apple Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
